ABOUT ME
Isabella Digiovanni’s love for basketball roots all the way back to when she was in elementary school. Torn between softball and basketball, her love for basketball took precedence when she was going into her 8th-grade year at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School in Scottsdale. With a growing passion for being on the court, she stepped away from softball and devoted all of her free time to learning the ins and outs of the game. From there, she was introduced to the basketball program at Seton Catholic Preparatory. Once meeting Karen Self, the basketball coach and winner of 9 state championship titles, the decision was easy and she committed to playing with the varsity team as a freshman in high school. She went on to be part of two State Championship games so far and continues to work toward another title.
Isabella plays basketball year-round with regular season practice blending into post-season club practice and private one-on-one instruction throughout the year all while maintaining a 3.8 GPA.
In addition to her love for all things basketball, Isabella enjoys traveling the world with her family, cooking Italian cuisine and attending live Broadway shows in her free time. She also volunteers her time to help out with the Edge team ministry, a faith-based group at her perish, by feeding underserved children, packaging food and donating clothing. Isabella’s faith is a big driving force in her life and athletic career.
